By accessing or using SECURIAGI (“the Service”), operated by Genesis AGI (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SECURIAGI is a cybersecurity monitoring and endpoint detection & response (XDR) platform. The Service includes a cloud dashboard, endpoint agents, and related security analytics tools.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and use.
The Service and all related technology, content, and branding are the exclusive property of Genesis AGI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription term.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENESIS AGI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL DETECT ALL THREATS OR PREVENT ALL SECURITY INCIDENTS.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
